Organisation

Foresna is a registered (NA/85) non-profit association, created to defend the interests of its members as stated in its founding statutes.

General Assembly
The Assembly meets once a year and all members of Foresna-Zurgaia can attend the meeting with full voting rights. It holds the highest decision power in matters such as the re-election of the Executive Board.

The term of office is one year, as established in the statutes, with the possibility of unlimited re-elections.

Executive Board
The Board is made up of government bodies: President, Vice-president, Secretary and Treasurer, and members representing city councils and individual members.

The Executive Board meets termly and is in charge of the execution of General Assembly decisions.
